Zero visitors is the honest state: the storefront is crawlable, but nobody is being sent here. Facebook/X/TikTok/Instagram stay dark without tokens in GitHub → PM2. IndexNow is not traffic. Google ranking needs Search Console ownership, a submitted sitemap, time, and real backlinks. Modules do not invent users.

What code can do

• Keep /sitemap.xml, /robots.txt, /llms.txt, and IndexNow inventory complete and honest.
• Give every money page Open Graph + JSON-LD so shares and crawlers see a real preview.
• Ping IndexNow when URLs change. That is a notification, not a visitor.
• Claim Bing + Google ownership and submit the sitemap automatically — needs one secret per engine, listed below.
• Turn the human-share step into a single tap on /share, with no API token.

What only the owner can do

• READY Keep serving /{indexnow-key}.txt at the site root. Already live when traffic-engine is armed.
• OWNER One secret ends the manual step: Bing Webmaster Tools → Settings → API Access → generate key → add GitHub secret BING_WEBMASTER_API_KEY. search-console-bridge then calls AddSite + SubmitFeed + SubmitUrlbatch automatically.
• OWNER One secret ends the manual step: Google Cloud → service account → JSON key → enable Site Verification API + Search Console API → add GitHub secret GOOGLE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON. Ownership, property and sitemap submission then happen without you.
