Data Processing Agreement

Vladoi Ionut operates ZeusAI as owner. Customer-specific processing is limited to service activation, delivery, support and billing.

Email, plan, order intent, receipt metadata, delivery entitlements, API keys and support messages.

TLS, signed receipts, access tokens, admin authorization, body sanitization, operational logging and least-data retention.

Payment and infrastructure subprocessors are disclosed through compliance attestation endpoints when configured.

Receipts and integrity logs are append-only for auditability; user support data can be exported or deleted where legally allowed.

Transfers are limited to configured infrastructure/payment providers and documented in the customer agreement.
