Marketplaces, AI agencies, freelancers, and escrow services can ask ZeusAI to sign a delivery receipt with the same key published at /witness.json.

1. POST /api/v1/witness with the delivery payload.
2. Read the signed receipt.
3. The client verifies it at the verification link or with the public key.
